El periodista y ex jefe de prensa de Televisi\u00f3n Nacional de Chile (TVN), Carlos Araya Silva,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cooperativa.cl\/juez-proceso-a-periodista-como-encubridor-de-cuatro-homicidios-en-1975\/prontus_nots\/2012-01-31\/222154.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">qued\u00f3 libre despu\u00e9s de pagar una fianza de 200 mil pesos chilenos<\/a>\u00a0(alrededor de 400 d\u00f3lares), report\u00f3 la radio Cooperativa.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 el diario digital El Mostrador,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.elmostrador.cl\/noticias\/pais\/2012\/01\/31\/ministro-solis-procesa-a-periodista-implicado-en-montaje-para-encubrir-crimen-de-embarazada\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">el periodista era una pieza clave<\/a>\u00a0para que la prensa de entonces pudiera haber difundido las noticias de la ejecuci\u00f3n de cuatro militantes del\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Movimiento_de_Izquierda_Revolucionaria_(Chile)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Movimiento de Izquierda Revolucionaria (MIR)<\/a>\u00a0y del\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Partido_Comunista_de_Chile\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Partido Comunista (PC)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lanacion.cl\/someten-a-proceso-a-periodista-por-encubrimiento-de-homicidios-en-1975\/noticias\/2012-01-31\/160830.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Los asesinatos ocurrieron el 19 de noviembre de 1975<\/a>, durante la dictadura militar de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Augusto_Pinochet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Augusto Pinochet<\/a>, cuando los militantes fueron llevados al centro de detenci\u00f3n y tortura de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Villa_Grimaldi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Villa Grimaldi<\/a>\u00a0por agentes de la\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Direcci%C3%B3n_de_Inteligencia_Nacional\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Direcci\u00f3n de Inteligencia Nacional (DINA)<\/a>, explic\u00f3 el diario La Naci\u00f3n.
