{"id":29726,"date":"2012-04-04T13:42:04","date_gmt":"2012-04-04T18:42:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/latamjournalismreview.org\/?p=29726"},"modified":"2021-09-02T21:09:45","modified_gmt":"2021-09-03T02:09:45","slug":"condonacion-del-presidente-ecuatoriano-rafael-correa-es-rechazada-por-la-corte-juicio-contra-periodistas-continuara","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/latamjournalismreview.org\/es\/articles\/condonacion-del-presidente-ecuatoriano-rafael-correa-es-rechazada-por-la-corte-juicio-contra-periodistas-continuara\/","title":{"rendered":"Condonaci\u00f3n del presidente ecuatoriano Rafael Correa es rechazada por la corte; juicio contra periodistas continuar\u00e1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fundamedios.org\/component\/zoo\/item\/juicio-contra-periodistas-contina-tras-ser-rechazada-condonacin-propuesta-por-presidente.html?category_id=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">juicio contra dos periodistas ecuatorianos seguir\u00e1 en proceso<\/a> a pesar de la condonaci\u00f3n del presidente Rafael Correa, inform\u00f3 la organizaci\u00f3n ecuatoriana no gubernamental Fundamedios.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata del <a href=\"http:\/\/knightcenter.utexas.edu\/es\/blog\/presidente-de-ecuador-demanda-dos-periodistas-por-dano-moral\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">juicio contra los periodistas Juan Carlos Calder\u00f3n y Christian Zurita<\/a>, escritores del libro \u201cEl Gran Hermano\u201d, que fueron <a href=\"http:\/\/knightcenter.utexas.edu\/es\/blog\/00-8952-dos-periodistas-ecuatorianos-deberan-pagar-dos-millones-de-dolares-al-presidente-rafael\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sentenciados a pagar dos millones de d\u00f3lares al presidente Correa<\/a> por supuesto da\u00f1o moral en febrero de este a\u00f1o, como report\u00f3 el <b>Centro Knight para el Periodismo en las Am\u00e9ricas<\/b>. Despu\u00e9s de haber sido <a href=\"http:\/\/knightcenter.utexas.edu\/es\/blog\/00-8998-ultimos-acontecimientos-en-ecuador-son-duramente-criticados-por-multiples-organizacione\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sumamente criticado<\/a>, el <a href=\"https:\/\/knightcenter.utexas.edu\/es\/blog\/00-9147-presidente-de-ecuador-condona-sentencias-contra-diario-el-universo-y-autores-del-libro-\">presidente ecuatoriano decidi\u00f3 condonar esta sentencia<\/a>, junto con la del <a href=\"http:\/\/knightcenter.utexas.edu\/es\/blog\/presidente-de-ecuador-anuncia-nueva-demanda-contra-periodista-y-directivos-de-un-diario\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">caso similar del diario El Universo<\/a>, la cual <a href=\"https:\/\/knightcenter.utexas.edu\/es\/blog\/00-9056-presidente-correa-celebra-victoria-judicial-contra-diario-el-universo-directivos-apelan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">condenaba a tres a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y una multa de $40 millones de d\u00f3lares a cuatro periodistas<\/a> de aquel diario.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 la Agencia P\u00fablica de Noticias del Ecuador y Sudam\u00e9rica (Andes), el juicio no puede ser archivado porque \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/andes.info.ec\/judicial\/1133.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la condonaci\u00f3n no pone fin a la causa<\/a>\u201d, explic\u00f3 la Segunda Sala Civil de la Corte de Justicia de Pichincha.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el abogado de los periodistas, Ramiro Aguilar, al <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hoy.com.ec\/noticias-ecuador\/el-perdon-no-llega-en-caso-el-gran-hermano-540595.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">presentar un \u201cperd\u00f3n con piola<\/a>\u201d, los <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elcomercio.com\/politica\/Juicio-Zurita-Calderon-continua_0_671932966.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">abogados del presidente sab\u00edan que el proceso seguir\u00eda<\/a>. \u201cEst\u00e1 en juego la palabra del Presidente, pero los hechos demuestran que la posici\u00f3n del Mandatario fue lanzar un perd\u00f3n con piola y eso es algo en lo que nosotros no \u00edbamos a caer nunca\u201d, dijo Aguilar, seg\u00fan report\u00f3 el diario El Comercio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El juicio contra dos periodistas ecuatorianos seguir\u00e1 en proceso a pesar de la condonaci\u00f3n del presidente Rafael Correa, inform\u00f3 la organizaci\u00f3n ecuatoriana no gubernamental Fundamedios.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":22,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1220],"tags":[1438,1443],"coauthors":[],"class_list":["post-29726","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-libertad-de-prensa-es","tag-difamacion-es","tag-ecuador-es"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v22.6 (Yoast SEO v27.4) - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-premium-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Condonaci\u00f3n del presidente ecuatoriano Rafael Correa es rechazada por la corte; juicio contra periodistas continuar\u00e1 - LatAm Journalism Review<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Condonaci\u00f3n del presidente ecuatoriano Rafael Correa es rechazada por la corte; juicio contra periodistas continuar\u00e1 Libertad de Prensa.
