{"id":58390,"date":"2011-05-11T17:38:58","date_gmt":"2011-05-11T22:38:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/latamjournalismreview.org\/?p=58390"},"modified":"2022-06-15T17:39:31","modified_gmt":"2022-06-15T22:39:31","slug":"liberado-presunto-bloguero-detenido-por-supuestas-ofensas-a-fiscal-general-de-ecuador","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/latamjournalismreview.org\/es\/articles\/liberado-presunto-bloguero-detenido-por-supuestas-ofensas-a-fiscal-general-de-ecuador\/","title":{"rendered":"Liberado presunto bloguero detenido por supuestas ofensas a fiscal general de Ecuador"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Una semana despu\u00e9s de ser\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.eldiario.com.ec\/noticias-manabi-ecuador\/190577-bloguero-detenido-por-ofender-a-fiscal\">detenido por ofensas en contra del fiscal general<\/a>\u00a0de Ecuador a trav\u00e9s de un blog en Internet, el presunto bloguero V\u00edctor Vizca\u00edno Luzuriaga fue\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.radiosucre.com.ec\/index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=13166:bloguero-guayaquileno-salio-en-libertad&amp;catid=1:politica&amp;Itemid=24\">liberado con restricciones<\/a>\u00a0por orden de un juez de garant\u00edas penales, inform\u00f3 la prensa local.<\/p>\n<p>Vizca\u00edno hab\u00eda sido detenido por la polic\u00eda el 3 de mayo del 2011 en\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Guayaquil\">Guayaquil<\/a>\u00a0a ra\u00edz de la publicaci\u00f3n de una nota en el blog\u00a0<a title=\"www.laplegariadeunpagano.com\" href=\"http:\/\/www.laplegariadeunpagano.com\/\">www.laplegariadeunpagano.com<\/a>, de su presunta autor\u00eda, con insultos contra Washington Pes\u00e1ntez, fiscal general de la naci\u00f3n, report\u00f3 Fundamedios. Posteriormente fue trasladado a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Quito\">Quito<\/a>, donde estuvo\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fundamedios.org\/home\/contenidos.php?id=152&amp;identificaArticulo=1081\">incomunicado al menos medio d\u00eda<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>El bloguero dijo en una entrevista con Teleamazonas que no es el autor del blog y que\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.entornointeligente.com\/articulo\/1112048\/ECUADOR-Victor-Vizcaino-dice-que-suplantaron-su-identidad-para-crear-blog-en-contra-de-fiscal\">su identidad fue suplantada<\/a>. Argument\u00f3 que su c\u00e9dula de identidad fue robada tres veces y afirm\u00f3 que cree que as\u00ed es como fue creado el blog con sus datos.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque ahora est\u00e1 en libertad, el bloguero\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.entornointeligente.com\/articulo\/1111335\/ECUADOR-Bloguero-Vizcaino-esta-libre-desde-ayer\">no puede iniciar actos de intimidaci\u00f3n y debe presentarse de manera peri\u00f3dica ante el juez<\/a>\u00a0de la causa, y adem\u00e1s tiene una orden de no acercarse al fiscal, report\u00f3 Entorno Inteligente.<\/p>\n<p>La libertad de expresi\u00f3n en Ecuador se encuentra en estado de vulnerabilidad debido a los\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/knightcenter.utexas.edu\/es\/search\/node\/ecuador%20and%20prensa\">constantes pleitos entre el presidente Rafael Correa y la prensa<\/a>, que en los \u00faltimos meses se han trasladado incluso al terreno judicial, con\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/knightcenter.utexas.edu\/es\/blog\/organizaciones-de-defensa-de-la-libertad-de-expresion-piden-presidente-de-ecuador-retirar-quere\">dos demandas en contra de un medio y algunos periodistas<\/a>\u00a0que present\u00f3 el mandatario.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la prensa ha denunciado como violatorios de la libertad de expresi\u00f3n los intentos del gobernante por reformar el r\u00e9gimen que norma a los medios para crear un consejo que regule sus contenidos y restringir sus inversiones, reformas que fueron aprobadas en\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/knightcenter.utexas.edu\/es\/blog\/gobierno-ecuatoriano-clama-victoria-en-referendo-en-medio-de-denuncias-de-irregularidades\">una consulta el 7 de mayo<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>En otro episodio de agresi\u00f3n a la libertad de expresi\u00f3n, las oficinas del grupo de medios\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.eldiario.com.ec\/ediasa\/contactenos\">Ediasa<\/a>\u00a0en la ciudad de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Manta_(Ecuador)\">Manta<\/a>, en el oeste de Ecuador, fueron baleadas el pasado 7 de mayo.
