'Today’s decision says that, after the journalist’s phones were searched, the police concluded that Raimundo Cutrim was the source, that he was passing along privileged information and had the support of the journalist’s lawyer, who was also the target of a search and seizure today. In other words, they are investigating the journalist’s source and the journalist’s lawyer, but they are not investigating what the journalist reported, which was the improper use of the official vehicles,' Cutrim’s lawyer, José Berilo de Freitas Leite, told CNN Brasil."
