{"id":22509,"date":"2011-08-25T13:30:22","date_gmt":"2011-08-25T18:30:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/latamjournalismreview.org\/?p=22509"},"modified":"2021-07-23T16:58:03","modified_gmt":"2021-07-23T21:58:03","slug":"processo-contra-jornal-no-equador-ja-teve-oito-juizes-por-enquanto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/latamjournalismreview.org\/pt-br\/articles\/processo-contra-jornal-no-equador-ja-teve-oito-juizes-por-enquanto\/","title":{"rendered":"Processo contra jornal no Equador j\u00e1 teve oito ju\u00edzes... por enquanto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Stevie Gamboa Valladares, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elcomercio.com\/politica\/Cambio-magistrado-caso-Universo_0_541745994.html\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener\">o oitavo juiz encarregado da apela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 senten\u00e7a contra o jornal El Universo, no Equador<\/a>, apresentou <a href=\"http:\/\/www.burodeanalisis.com\/2011\/08\/25\/juez-gamboa-no-vera-caso-el-universo-hoy-se-hara-nuevo-sorteo-de-jueces\/carta\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener\">uma carta na qual desculpava-se por n\u00e3o poder realizar tal trabalho<\/a> por \"raz\u00f5es anteriores ao meu trabalho como juiz\", segundo publicou nesta quinta-feira, 24 de agosto, o portal Bur\u00f3 de An\u00e1lisis Informativo.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/utw10693.utweb.utexas.edu\/pt-br\/blog\/&lt;a\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener\">O juiz havia sido nomeado<\/a> no dia 19 de agosto, no lugar do magistrado anterior, Eduardo Guerrero Mortola, que foi suspenso do cargo por 30 dias, segundo o jornal El Mercurio. Com ele, j\u00e1 s\u00e3o oito ju\u00edzes encarregados sucessivamente do processo contra os gestores do jornal El Universo.<\/p>\n<p>O juiz <a href=\"http:\/\/rafaelcorreacontraeluniverso.eluniverso.com\/2011\/08\/21\/juez-gamboa-compartio-aulas-con-el-abogado-del-presidente-correa\/\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gamboa Valladares foi criticado por descumprir o requisito de sete anos de experi\u00eancia profissional por sua suposta amizade com o advogado<\/a> da parte acusadora, Alembert Vera, pois ambos foram alunos da Universidade Cat\u00f3lica de Guayaquil, de acordo com o El Universo. Uma <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hoy.com.ec\/noticias-ecuador\/foto-de-vera-y-gamboa-circula-por-la-internet-495344.html\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fotografia na qual o juiz e o advogado aparecem abra\u00e7ados foi divulgada no Twitter<\/a> poucos dias depois de sua nomea\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Nesta semana, tamb\u00e9m foi anunciado que <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/#!\/Emilio_Palacio\">Emilio Palacio<\/a>, o <a href=\"http:\/\/knightcenter.utexas.edu\/pt-br\/blog\/diretores-e-ex-editor-de-jornal-sao-condenados-prisao-e-pagar-uma-indenizacao-milionaria-ao-pre\">jornalista do El Universo condenado a tr\u00eas anos de pris\u00e3o por suas cr\u00edticas ao presidente do Equador<\/a>, agora <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fundamedios.org\/home\/contenidos.php?id=152&amp;identificaArticulo=1175\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener\">enfrenta um novo processo por difama\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o caluniosas graves<\/a> apresentado pelo canal de televis\u00e3o do governo, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ecuadortv.ec\/ecu.php?c=43\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ecuador TV<\/a>, segundo a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Fundamedios.<\/p>\n<p>Quando Palacio e os diretores do jornal receberam a referida senten\u00e7a pela publica\u00e7\u00e3o do editorial <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eluniverso.com\/2011\/02\/06\/1\/1363\/mentiras.html\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener\">'N\u00e3o \u00e0s mentiras'<\/a>, convocaram uma coletiva de imprensa na qual pretendiam manifestar seu rep\u00fadio \u00e0 decis\u00e3o judicial.
