No mesmo fim de semana em que um profissional do Estad\u00e3o foi detido por desacato ao questionar a expuls\u00e3o de jornalistas<\/a> de uma delegacia no Rio de Janeiro, a rep\u00f3rter policial F\u00e1tima Souza<\/a>, da Rede Record, denunciou ter enfrentado situa\u00e7\u00e3o semelhante em Franco da Rocha, na Grande S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n

No s\u00e1bado 24 de setembro, segundo o Portal Imprensa, ela teria sido expulsa e insultada pelo titular da delegacia de Franco da Rocha<\/a>, Lu\u00eds Roberto Faria Hellmeister, ao fazer perguntas sobre o caso do ex-\u00e1rbitro de futebol Oscar Roberto God\u00f3i, que havia atropelado uma jovem naquele mesmo dia<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Em depoimento dispon\u00edvel aqui<\/a>, a rep\u00f3rter contou que \"Hellmeister parecia n\u00e3o estar muito contente com minhas perguntas, mas esta \u00e9 a minha fun\u00e7\u00e3o de rep\u00f3rter. Como \u00faltima pergunta eu disse a ele: \u201cDoutor, o senhor disse que se fosse um 'Z\u00e9 Ningu\u00e9m' a imprensa n\u00e3o estaria aqui. E, se fosse um 'Z\u00e9 Ningu\u00e9m', o senhor estaria aqui? Teria sa\u00eddo de casa, na sua folga, para vir atender a ocorr\u00eancia?\" Ah! A\u00ed a autoridade perdeu a classe! Levantou da cadeira, esticou o dedo em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao meu nariz e come\u00e7ou a gritar de forma insana: \u201cA senhora \u00e9 uma rep\u00f3rter esp\u00faria!\u201d (...) \u201cEnquanto eu for delegado aqui voc\u00ea n\u00e3o pisa mais aqui dentro!\u201d\".<\/p>\n

O Sindicato dos Jornalistas Profissionais no Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo considerou a atitude do delegado \"inaceit\u00e1vel\" e pediu uma retrata\u00e7\u00e3o imediata<\/a>. \"O delegado, um servidor com a responsabilidade que a fun\u00e7\u00e3o exige, n\u00e3o pode e n\u00e3o tem o direito de expulsar qualquer cidad\u00e3o de uma delegacia, ainda mais uma jornalista no exerc\u00edcio da profiss\u00e3o, de um espa\u00e7o p\u00fablico, que n\u00e3o lhe pertence e que tem apenas o dever de preservar\", argumento o sindicato.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
