O que come\u00e7ou como uma experi\u00eancia jornal\u00edstica durante o primeiro ano da pandemia tornou-se uma coaliz\u00e3o latino-americana de jovens meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o que abordam quest\u00f5es de direitos humanos com uma perspectiva de g\u00eanero.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Em 2020, a Factual\/Distintas Latitudes decidiu incubar dois projetos de jovens jornalistas: a <\/span><\/span>C\u00e1psula Migrante<\/span><\/span><\/a>, sobre os venezuelanos no Peru, e a <\/span><\/span>\u00a0EsParaMiTarea<\/span><\/span><\/a>, do M\u00e9xico.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cDemos assessoria financeira, assessoria em design e nas redes sociais e um pagamento mensal para que pudessem comprar equipamentos ou gast\u00e1-los no projeto. <\/span>E a verdade \u00e9 que percebemos que tudo saiu muito bem\u201d, disse Jordy Mel\u00e9ndez, codiretor da Distintas Latitudes, \u00e0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>LatAm Journalism Review (LJR)<\/span><\/span><\/strong> .<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A partir dessa experi\u00eancia, eles foram incentivados a criar a Coaliz\u00e3o LATAM. <\/span>A iniciativa foi lan\u00e7ada no final de maio de 2021, com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de 10 m\u00eddias de jovens jornalistas da Argentina, M\u00e9xico, Equador, Peru e Venezuela.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Todos os integrantes fizeram parte da\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Rede LATAM de Jovens Jornalistas<\/span><\/span><\/a> em algum momento<\/span>, programa anual de forma\u00e7\u00e3o jornal\u00edstica organizado pela Distintas Latitudes e que j\u00e1 est\u00e1 aceitando inscri\u00e7\u00f5es<\/span><\/a> para sua sexta edi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/span>. <\/span>Um dos trabalhos transfronteiri\u00e7os produzidos dentro do programa da rede, \"<\/span><\/span>Violentadas en Cuarentena<\/span><\/span><\/a>\", ganhou o One World Media Award promovido pela BBC e a Google News Initiative.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Segundo Mel\u00e9ndez, um dos objetivos desta alian\u00e7a \u00e9 apoiar estes jovens meios na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma estrutura administrativa, na forma\u00e7\u00e3o da sua personalidade jur\u00eddica, na escolha e\/ou direcionamento do seu modelo de neg\u00f3cio para que possam continuar a contar as suas hist\u00f3rias.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cEm apenas dois meses, ajudamos dois meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o a ganhar personalidade jur\u00eddica: a Revista Colibr\u00ed na Argentina e a La Ant\u00edgona no Peru\u201d, disse Mel\u00e9ndez.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m de <\/span>\u00a0C\u00e1psula <\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0Migrante<\/span><\/span><\/a> e <\/span><\/span>EsParaMiTarea<\/span><\/span><\/a>, as outras m\u00eddias participantes s\u00e3o: Revista Colibr\u00ed, da Argentina; Memorias de N\u00f3mada, do M\u00e9xico; La Ant\u00edgona, do Peru; Altavoz LGBT + e La Desvelada, do M\u00e9xico; e La Andariega, do Equador; Morras Explican Cosas, um projeto jornal\u00edstico Instagram; e pessoas que s\u00e3o convocadas pela Coaliz\u00e3o e que pertencem \u00e0 <\/span><\/span>Rede LATAM de Jovens Jornalistas<\/span><\/span><\/a> de Diferentes Latitudes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

David Adri\u00e1n Garc\u00eda, jornalista da Altavoz LGBT +, disse \u00e0 <\/span><\/span>LJR<\/span><\/span><\/strong> que, apesar de ser um jovem e ainda pequeno m\u00e9dio, sente que \u00e9 levado mais a s\u00e9rio por fazer parte da Coaliz\u00e3o. <\/span>\u201cEmbora nosso conte\u00fado ainda seja pequeno, temos visto um aumento de pessoas que se conectam ao <\/span><\/span>Spaces<\/span><\/span><\/a> no Twitter que fazemos \u00e0s quartas-feiras, e de pessoas que os ouvem mais tarde em podcast, por exemplo\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Tamb\u00e9m tivemos um aumento de seguidores no Twitter quando colaboramos com Memorias de N\u00f3mada e La Desvelada, e o v\u00eddeo TikTok que fizemos com EsParaMiTarea sobre a rejei\u00e7\u00e3o do casamento igual no congresso de Durango teve um grande alcance\", acrescentou. .<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Por meio da coaliz\u00e3o, a m\u00eddia participante re\u00fane audi\u00eancias e esfor\u00e7os para produzir conte\u00fado, sem perder suas abordagens editoriais, que geralmente abordam diversas perspectivas sobre direitos humanos. <\/span>Eles contam hist\u00f3rias sobre feminismo, g\u00eanero, comunidades LGBTI e migrantes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

No curto espa\u00e7o de tempo que estiveram juntos como uma Coaliz\u00e3o LATAM, disse Mel\u00e9ndez, eles j\u00e1 conquistaram seus primeiros subs\u00eddios, que ser\u00e3o anunciados em breve, e geraram alian\u00e7as com organiza\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais para acompanhar as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es conjuntas, disse Mel\u00e9ndez.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
