O Congresso Nacional est\u00e1\u00a0se articulando para reativar o Conselho de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o Social<\/a>, um \u00f3rg\u00e3o previsto na Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o de 1988 que, no entanto, s\u00f3 funcionou de 2002 a 2006, diz a Folha de S. Paulo.<\/p>\n

Sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o, explica o jornal, \u00e9\u00a0auxiliar o Congresso em assuntos relacionados \u00e0 comunica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 como liberdade de express\u00e3o, outorga e renova\u00e7\u00e3o de concess\u00f5es, programa\u00e7\u00e3o das emissoras de r\u00e1dio e TV, monop\u00f3lio ou oligop\u00f3lio dos meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, promo\u00e7\u00e3o da cultura nacional e regional, propaganda de cigarros, bebidas e medicamentos. Trata-se de um \u00f3rg\u00e3o apenas consultivo.<\/p>\n

O conselho \u00e9 composto por 13 integrantes eleitos pelos congressistas a partir de uma lista de pessoas indicadas por entidades envolvidas no assunto. Quatro participantes dever\u00e3o ser ligados a entidades empresariais da m\u00eddia e outros quatro a \u00f3rg\u00e3os sindicais. Os outro cinco representar\u00e3o a sociedade civil.<\/p>\n
