"Chequeado has announced the creation of a network of local news outlets in Argentina with the goal of strengthening the news agenda with innovative and data-driven approaches. The initiative, supported by the International Fund for the Media in the Public Interest, brings together ADN Sur, Aire Digital, Corrientes al Día, Ruido and Todo Jujuy in a collaborative effort that will seek to improve news coverage in different regions of the country.
The project foresees the production of investigations in the public interest, requests for access to information and fact-checking of viral disinformation."
