The JournalismAI Innovation Challenge, supported by the Google News Initiative, has opened applications for its second edition that will fund up to 12 news organizations using AI technologies to "enhance and improve audience intelligence and revenue growth."
The program targets small and medium-sized news publishers who will receive grants between US $50,000 and $100,000 each.
Eligible Latin American news organizations must be owned and operating in the following countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay.
