"Chequeado, which has coordinated the LatamChequea network since 2014, will work for a year with 22 fact-checking organizations in the region, Spain and Portugal, and with the support of the Google News Initiative, on a series of actions to counter disinformation about [COVID-19] vaccines. Much of the disinformations crosses borders and is repeated from one country to another, that is why checkers are joining forces to combat it more effectively."
