'The National Journalism Academy categorically rejects the persistent campaign of persecution, slander, and insults that academic María O’Donnell is being subjected to on social media,' begins the statement issued by the academy, signed by its president, Joaquín Morales Solá, and its academic secretary, Silvia Naishtat.
'The perpetrators of such harassment are supporters of President Javier Milei’s government and some of his colleagues,' they added.”
