Media outlet VPITv reported through its social networks that 'according to the director of the web portal, Mario Sosa, officials from Conas [National Anti-Extortion and Abduction Command, for its acronym in Spanish] and Sebin [Bolivarian National Intelligence Service] closed access to San Juan Street between Bolívar and Torres in the city of Carora.'
Likewise, CNP Lara denounced 'at this time the Conas has cordoned off the surroundings where El Caroreño operates in the municipality of Torres, in Carora. There is no access to that area.”
