Bolivian newspaper La Razón will stop circulating print edition as of Sept. 1, media say

“Newspaper La Razón from La Paz will stop circulating its print edition as of Sept. 1, due to large debts that make its printing unsustainable, two journalists from that newspaper told Brújula Digital. The digital edition of the media outlet will continue.

The information was also released through a publication on the Facebook page of 'La H Parlante.'

Brújula Digital called the newspaper's director, Claudia Benavente, to find out the official version, but she did not answer the calls. An attempt was made to contact editor in chief Miguel Gómez, without success.

The journalists consulted reported that they were informed that the decision was made last week.”
