The journalistic director of zbol.com.ar had been convicted for the alleged commission of the criminal offense of violation of privacy, having published an electronic communication of Natalia Spinuzza, former local Minister of Education, which had gone viral in social networks and that the same official acknowledged having recorded and sent to people she trusted.
