Among the new features are a detailed procedure for requesting access and the requirement of a mandatory sworn statement. In addition, an 'objective evaluation matrix' will be implemented to analyze applicants. A central aspect of the new regulation is the redefinition of the number of journalists who will be allowed to access press rooms within the Casa Rosada.
