Argentine judicial system sentences well-known influencer to community service for harassing journalist on social networks

“Libertarian influencer Manuel Jorge Gorostiaga, publicly known as Emmanuel Danann, was convicted [by Argentine courts] for systematically harassing journalist Marina Abiuso on social networks. He must carry out 40 hours of community service and participate in a training workshop against gender violence. This is his second conviction: last month he received another for discrimination.

It was the YouTuber and Tweeter himself who requested probation and offered to carry out community service, in addition to holding a workshop on Gender and Domestic Violence of the Human Rights Education Program. This way he avoided going to trial.”
