"Authorities from the State Attorney General's Office (FGE, for its initials in Spanish) opened an investigation after unknown individuals left a narcomanta [a banner with intimidating messages that drug traffickers usually leave in public places] on public roads in the city of Tijuana, Baja California, with mention of newspapers and the well-known weekly Zeta.
