"It was an unprecedented event: at 8:00 a.m. today, Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, better known as Bad Bunny, was on the main set of NotiCentro Al Amanecer alongside Jorge Gelpí Pagán to host the final two hours of the show.
"He wasn’t just another guest. He prepared himself to sit in the studio where so many legends of Puerto Rican journalism have sat. He dressed in the formal attire of the show and even managed to borrow Jorge Gelpí Pagán’s tie and shoes. 'I came in flip-flops,' Benito said with a laugh.
"He hosted standing, sitting at the news desk, and walking around the studio with confidence, his gaze carrying the look of someone doing something for the first time. Even though he’s appeared on major shows from leading networks in the United States, Europe, and Latin America, there was something in Benito’s eyes that told us something very special was happening. After all, like many young Puerto Ricans his age, he grew up waking up to NotiCentro Al Amanecer.
"During the two hours he spent with us, Bad Bunny not only presented the day’s news and segments but also delivered the weather report alongside Carlos Omar Rivera and participated in the 'Gaming' segment with Yafed el Tiburón."
