“Milagros Costabel is 19 years old, she is from Colonia, Uruguay, and she was born without being able to see. Her disability didn't stop her from dreaming big. Last year, in the midst of a pandemic, she published her articles in English-speaking media outlets. And, starting in August, she will study at the prestigious American university [Harvard]. In her articles, her chats with future colleagues and on her Twitter account, she takes the opportunity to teach us how we can make our Internet content more inclusive."
