"Bolivia’s Asociación de Corresponsales de la Prensa Internacional (ACPI) and Asociación Nacional de Periodistas de Bolivia (ANPB) expressed concern over the state-owned telecommunications company Entel’s decision to remove the Telesur and Russia Today channels from its television services starting Jan. 17, warning that the move could amount to censorship.
In a joint statement, the organizations questioned Entel’s justification, which attributed the decision to alleged administrative issues without providing, they said, a detailed or transparent explanation."
