"Supreme Federal Court (STF, for its Portuguese acronym) Justice Alexandre de Moraes ordered the dismissal of a criminal complaint that sought the opening of an investigation against former Superior Electoral Court (TSE) advisor Eduardo Tagliaferro and bloggers David Ágape and Eli Vieira, linked to the leaking of messages from auxiliary judges of Moraes at the STF and TSE. The material was released to the press and became known as 'Vaza Toga' (Leaked Robe).

The complaint was filed by journalist Letícia Sallorenzo de Freitas, who alleged that she became the target of a coordinated digital campaign after the revelations of 'Vaza Toga.' According to the petition, the attacks included accusations of infiltration and informal collaboration with the judiciary, threats, disclosure of personal data, and harassment on social media."
