"Journalists and news executives based in the Western Hemisphere and press associations or news services that serve such organizations can be nominated for this award.
Columbia University School of Journalism launches the Maria Moors Cabot Prizes, which recognize journalists and news organizations with a distinguished body of work that has contributed to Inter-American understanding. Honorees will receive a Cabot medal and a US $5,000 honorarium.
The deadline to submit nominations is March 23."
