"The Consortium to Support Journalism in the Region (CAPIR, for its acronym in Spanish) calls on local independent media and independent journalists from Mexico to participate in a national or local journalistic investigation project which will be carried out between May and December 2021. More than one proposal can be submitted per media outlet, group of journalists or independent journalists without going over three (3).
Through this project, the selected media and/or journalists will receive advice and training from journalists of international stature with extensive experience and specific knowledge in investigative journalism and resources [various for projects and alliances].
CAPIR is a project led by the Institute for War and Peace Reporting (IWPR) and made up of media and civil society organizations in several Latin American and Caribbean countries, which are specialized in supporting media and journalists with investigative projects."
