"This week, the Prosecutor's Office identified and captured the alleged perpetrator of the murder of journalists Leiner Montero Ortega and Dilia Contreras Cantillo. The murder took place on Aug. 28, on the road leading from the village of Santa Rosa de Lima to the municipal capital of Fundación, Colombia. The Prosecutor's Office (...) charged Carlos Mario Fonseca Ceballos with the crimes of aggravated homicide, attempted aggravated homicide and carrying firearms (...). As FLIP learned, the investigations of the Prosecutor's Office indicate that the crime could be related to an argument between the captured and the journalist Leiner Montero on the night of Sat. 27 in the village of Santa Rosa de Lima."
