"The [Colombian] newspaper El Tiempo expressed its rejection of the death threats received by Francisco Javier Barrios, correspondent of that media outlet in Sincelejo (Sucre) and also the director of the media outlet Notisabanas. According to the National Association of Journalists, to which he belongs, the threats were received via WhatsApp, calls and text messages. 'Vas a morir por sapa' [You are going to die for being a snitch]," one of the messages said.
