"The Attorney General's Office of Colombia pronounced this Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2020, about the liberation of two defendants for murder of the journalistic team of the daily El Comercio. The entity questioned that "due to the congestion registered by the Criminal Court of Tumaco (Nariño)," Gustavo Alfonso Ospina and Gustavo Angulo Arboleda have been released.
They were detained for the crime committed against Javier Ortega, Paúl Rivas and Efraín Segarra, members of the journalistic team of the newspaper that were kidnapped and assassinated in 2018."
