In the proceedings, which took place in the Florida Norte judicial complex, in Guayaquil, this March 27, the judge imposed the maximum penalty for minors, covered in the Organic Code of Children and Adolescence. Prosecutor César Peña presented more than 40 pieces of documentary evidence, including expert reports, police reports, complaints and testimonials. The remaining 11 people involved are of legal age and are waiting for the respective hearing to take place.”
