“Relatives of Javier Ortega, Paúl Rivas and Efraín Segarra filed a lawsuit in the Constitutional Court (CC) [of Ecuador] to order the declassification of the minutes of meetings of the State Public Security Council (Cosepe, for its acronym in Spanish). Thus they hope to learn information on the abduction and murder of the El Comercio press team on the northern border in 2018."
