The Inter-American Court of Human Rights and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation's Rule of Law Program for Latin America will select three journalists for the Journalistic Research Fellowship, with the aim of giving them the opportunity to develop an in-depth report on topics related to human rights in region and strengthening the rule of law in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Registration is open until July 17.
