"On the World Press Freedom Day, journalist Benjamín Morales Hernández, director of the Xonoidag News page, was found dead and with gunshot wounds.
A police report indicates that at 01:55 hours yesterday [May 3] his vehicle was located with the keys in the ignition in the vicinity of the Morelia ejido in the municipality of General Plutarco Elías Calles.
The journalist's family had reported his disappearance on Sunday, May 2, at around 7:00 p.m."
