“Authorities in the Mexican state of Michoacán are taking measures to protect journalist Lucero Díaz Estrada, who reported receiving threats in the capital of Uruapan, according to state Interior Secretary Carlos Torres.
Díaz Estrada blamed Uruapan Mayor Carlos Manzo Rodríguez and his supporters, accusing them of harassment and attacks.”
