“Independent journalist Miguel Ángel Anaya Castillo, director of the news page Pánuco OnLine, was reported missing on Saturday [April 19]. The State Commission for the Attention and Protection of Journalists (CEAPP) in Veracruz, Mexico, confirmed that the appropriate protocols to locate him have been activated.
