"Judge Guadalupe Patricia Juárez Hernández ruled that Ricardo E. C. and Ricardo G. R. are criminally responsible for the aggravated homicide of Heber Fernando López Vásquez, a journalist murdered in the Isthmus of Tehuantepec, Oaxaca.
According to the journalist's family and colleagues, the final hearing in the legal proceedings against the two people accused of murdering Heber López was held this Monday, April 28.
López Vásquez was shot and killed on Feb. 10, 2022, while in his office located on Manuel Ávila Camacho Avenue, in the Espinal neighborhood."
