"The Secretary of Government of Veracruz [Mexico], Ricardo Ahued Bardahuil confirmed that two people have been identified after the murder of journalist Avisack Douglas, who was shot in an attack at campaign headquarters for the Movimiento Ciudadano candidate for mayor for [the city of] Juan Rodríguez Clara [in Veracruz, Mexico].
'Without getting ahead of the case file and the process, but it is already well underway, two people who apparently fired the shots have been identified,' he said at a press conference with the governor, Rocío Nahle García.
For this reason, the state official said that it is expected that the motive for the aggression will be revealed as soon as possible."
