Morales, who was 39 years old and general director of the media outlet Realidades, was found with several gunshot wounds, his hands tied and his face covered with a bag.
The communicator's body was found during the early hours of this Friday [June 28] and transferred to the facilities of the Forensic Medical Service (Semefo, for its acronym in Spanish) of [the city of] Cintalapa, where the legal expert examinations will be carried out. Up to now the motive of the crime is unknown. The Attorney General's Office of the State of Chiapas has not commented on the matter."
