"Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador denied this Monday (June 24, 2024) persecuting journalist Carlos Loret de Mola, who has reported scandals of alleged corruption of the president's children and who is now being investigated by the government's Financial Intelligence Unit.
'We do not investigate anyone, there is no censorship for anyone. Don't let him (Loret de Mola) use us as an excuse, as a pretext,' the Mexican president said in his morning conference."
