The incident occurred on Saturday night [June 8] in a neighborhood of the capital of the department of Amambay, when a man on a motorcycle stopped briefly in front of the house of Laislaa Rodríguez, mother of the murdered radio reporter Alexander Álvarez, and fired an 'intentional' shot at a window."
