"In the state of Barinas [Venezuela] this Sunday, Jan. 9, the repetition of the regional elections of November 21 was held. During the day, we registered four cases against journalists and the media that correspond to five violations of freedom of expression. On this occasion, intimidation and censorship were the most frequent.
