"The Consortium to Support Regional Journalism in Latin America (CAPIR, for its acronym in Spanish) calls on local independent media outlets and freelance independent journalists in Bolivia to participate in journalistic investigations at the national or local level between April and November 2021.
The Project will have different components of practical training and support, among them: lectures, workshops, consulting at a distance and seed funds of up to US $3,000 to contribute to the completion of the investigative project during a six-month period.
The plan is for the series of articles of the investigative project to be completed in the project year. Additional consideration will be given to proposals that include women, youth, people from the LGBTQI+ community and other historically vulnerable populations on their staff. Also, rural and community media are invited to this call."
