"The Consortium to Support Independent Journalism in the Region, or CAPIR for its acronym in Spanish, is offering a unique opportunity for five journalists from Latin America: full scholarships to attend the Latin American Conference on Investigative Journalism (COLPIN) in Madrid, Spain, from October 23 to 26, 2024.
