The conflict between Elon Musk and the Supreme Federal Court began in August, when X announced it would not comply with the court's orders, including the appointment of a legal representative in Brazil, and threatened to cease its operations in the country.
This stance led Minister Alexandre de Moraes to order the platform’s suspension until the rulings were followed. On August 30, after the platform failed to appoint a representative within the given deadline, Moraes ordered the suspension of X in Brazil.”
