Two officials of the Special Actions Forces in Venezuela are convicted of journalists killings

"The Attorney General of the Venezuelan dictatorship reported on Dec. 20 that two officials of the Special Actions Forces (FAES, by its Spanish acronym)  --whose dissolution has been requested by the UN-- were convicted for the murder of two journalists from a television channel in the northwestern state of Zulia: Víctor Manuel Torres and Andrés Eloy Nieves.

'Given the evidence presented by the Public Ministry, Néstor Luis Olano and José Rafael Contreras, officials attached to the FAES, were sentenced to 21 years, eight months and 21 days in prison, for their responsibility in the death of Víctor Manuel Torres and Andrés Eloy Nieves, workers of La Guacamaya TV,' explained the Prosecutor's Office in a press release published on its website."
