"The Latin American and Caribbean Forum for Journalism (FLAP, for its Spanish acronym), with the support of UNESCO's International Program for the Development of Communication (IPDC), presented a comprehensive program aimed at strengthening freedom of expression and the safety of journalists in Latin America and the Caribbean.
The plan will be articulated around four strategic axes and will pay special attention to professionals who are displaced, exiled or under threat in the region."
