"The NGO Espacio Público documented 103 violations of freedom of expression [in November]. Most of the cases had to do with intimidation of journalists, censorship and administrative restrictions that hindered access to information.
This number raised the total to 453 violations reported to the organization until Nov. 30. In 44% of the cases, journalists were the main victims, in 20.83% the media were target of threats and unfairness, and in 10% citizens."
