"The Inter-American Court of Human Rights (I/A Court HR) announced this Monday [Aug 11] that it will hold its 180th regular session in Paraguay from Sept. 22 to 26, where it will hear cases from the host country, as well as from Peru, Brazil, and Argentina.
[...] the Costa Rican judge [Nancy Hernández] said that they will address the case of Paraguayan journalist Santiago Leguizamón, murdered in 1991. In that case, the I/A Court HR issued a merits report in August 2020 in which it held the Paraguayan State responsible."
