"Joan Santana, a journalist from Santiago [northern Dominican Republic], reported on Tuesday [July 4] that he suffered an attack on his way home on the night of Monday [July 3], after he had discussed issues uncensored on his television program.
He said that while he was driving his Hyundai car, two people on board a motorcycle fired shots at the vehicle, hitting the front window and the left door, but he escaped unharmed.
Santana hopes that the police investigations will find those responsible."
