Journalists in Mexico publish letter against AMLO's harassment of NYT's chief correspondent

“In a signed open letter, 123 journalists, correspondents and professionals who teach journalism spoke out against Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador's harassment of the chief correspondent for the New York Times, after the head of state released their data personal during a morning press conference.

The document highlights that such acts have been emulated at the local level and in turn these occur in the midst of an 'epidemic of violence against communicators.'"
