Mexico's president launches against Jorge Ramos during his morning conference after criticism from the journalist

"Mexico's President Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO, by its Spanish acronym) revealed the alleged salary in the millions of journalist Jorge Ramos, whom he challenged to explain why he receives so much money. AMLO said this in response to criticism from the Univision host against him for his position on the Summit of the Americas.

In his morning press briefing on May 18, AMLO responded to Jorge Ramos accusing him of defending certain positions in exchange for other benefits, for which he showed that the journalist allegedly earns up to 25 million pesos (about US $1.25 million dollars) per month.
