"Geovanna Edith Ramírez Morales, a radio and television host, was murdered in the municipality of Silao, Guanajuato, the State Attorney General's Office reported.
Last Sunday, Aug. 10, the Silao Public Security Secretariat received a report about the discovery of a body in the La Estrella neighborhood. It was later confirmed that it was the radio host, the agency stated.
Due to these events, the Specialized Homicide Investigation Unit opened an investigation to locate the person or persons responsible."
